1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VidyaRank's website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Services.
2 Eligibility
The Services are intended for students, parents, teachers, coaching institutes, schools, colleges, and business/investor partners. Users under 18 years of age may use the Services only with the involvement, consent, and supervision of a parent, guardian, or the registering educational institute.
3 Account Registration
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and OTP, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us immediately at info@vidyarank.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
- VidyaRank reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.
4 Use of Services
VidyaRank provides an Education ERP, Learning Management System, AI-powered learning tools, mock tests/examinations, communication, analytics, and institute management features. You agree to use the Services only for lawful, personal, and educational purposes in accordance with these Terms.
Course content, mock tests, and study material are provided for individual learning purposes only and may not be downloaded in bulk, redistributed, resold, or used for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
5 Subscriptions & Payments
- Certain courses, test series, or features require payment of fees or a paid subscription, as displayed at the time of purchase.
- All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. VidyaRank does not store your full card or banking credentials.
- Prices, plans, and features may be revised from time to time; any change will not affect an already active, paid subscription period.
- Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our separate Refund Policy.
6 Intellectual Property
All content available through the Services โ including course material, question banks, videos, graphics, logos, the VidyaRank name and brand, software, and platform design โ is the property of VidyaRank or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No right, title, or interest in such content is transferred to you, other than a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use it for personal, educational purposes.
7 User Conduct
While using the Services, you agree not to:
- Share your account, login credentials, or paid course access with unauthorized individuals.
- Copy, record, screen-capture, reproduce, or distribute course content, videos, or test material without authorization.
- Use any automated means, bots, or scraping tools to access or extract data from the Services.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, data, or to our systems and networks.
- Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes the rights of others.
- Engage in cheating, impersonation, or any form of malpractice during online tests or examinations.
8 Institute & School Partners
Coaching institutes, schools, and colleges that register on VidyaRank are additionally responsible for the accuracy of student data they upload, obtaining necessary consents from students/parents, and ensuring their staff comply with these Terms. Institute-level agreements, where executed separately, will govern in addition to these Terms for matters they specifically address.
9 Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, VidyaRank does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform, and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
10 Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the Services, other users, or VidyaRank. You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team.
11 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Patna, Bihar, India.
12 Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, business, or legal requirements. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
